This prairie dog was sitting in front of his hole this morning. I liked the way he was eating that piece of greenery. I’ll have more on them this week… but all I have today is this photograph. Have a nice Monday!!

Soooo cute!…but, not in my garden!
I show my elementary students pictures of prairie dogs and we can only imagine what they are like. This is one reason I read your blog.
Prairie Dogs are so cute,and so comical the way the pop up and down from their holes. I understand, however that they are rather a nuisance in your part of the woods.
Such an honor to have these creatures pay a return visit to show off how handsome they’ve become. I hope they locate some attractive ladies soon.
