I too just found your blog, via Confessions of a Pioneer Woman, and I am sooo glad I did. It is just beautiful. Your post reminded me of our grange which was the heart of our little town where I grew up. Everything happened there, from funerals to weddings, to bake sales, Christmas fairs and best of all dances! That is where I first danced with a handsome cowboy! Your grange looks like it is in great shape still judging by the photo, while mine is tattered around the edges, and these days it is little used. I too am a lover of nature and just find your photos and writing a breath of fresh air. I would have said spring air as that is what I'm wishing for now but after seeing your snow storm photos it appears spring is a long time coming to your neck of the woods.
