		<description>One of the Boy Scout badges is Soil and Water... It might be Soil and Water Conservation, I'm not certain.  My older son took it at camp one year, and although he expected a rather boring class, he really enjoyed it.  Nature at work.</description>

Pat, I think it's an apple orchard... most of the older orchards around here were used for hard cider.  Thanks for reading!  Alice</description>
