Steve built a porch on the treehouse this summer.
You can see that he probably doubled its floor space. Don’t you like the way he used scrub oak trunks as legs?
From the other side we have a step up, and then there is going to be three stairs that’ll make easy access to the next level.
Even though it’s not done, the porch already has the dog’s seal of approval. The treehouse itself is a little small for her, and she likes the way the new porch allows her to keep an eye on the property and the cooking at the same time.
That tree house is so cool. I like the porch addition - seems like a nice place to sit and enjoy the view.
